As long as you are wearing trainers you can wear whatever is comfortable. Most ladies wear leggings and a tshirt.
We recommend 2 -3 sessions per week to get the most from your membership and most of our members will spend about 1 hour in the club. We can tailor your program to suit your lifestyle, whether that's spending 30 minute sessions here or a few hours with friends.

Our club is full of real women, just like you, who want to feel comfortable working out and never feel intimidated.
We pride ourselves in spending time with you on inductions showing you which machines or exercises will help you achieve your goals, explaining how to use equipment safely and what it is doing for you. There is always a member of the team available to ask if you're unsure of anything.
Our memberships work out from £4 per week, giving you unlimited use, depending on your membership option, of our facilities. There are no restrictions on how often you can come or how long you can stay for.
We will help you choose the membership option that works out the best value for you, for how many times you can visit and what results you are wanting from your membership. We hope that you will see your investment as great value for money with our friendly and personal service along with the care and attention you receive each visit.
Signing up for a longer term has many benefits such as discounted rates, increased motivation and better results from achieving your long term goals! However we do realise not everyone can commit so other shorter terms are available. Thinking positively about your membership and remember that if your circumstances change, there are ways to cancel if you need.
Please see a member of our team for a free day pass for your friend. When she joins on a full membership you will receive reward points.
To join the club you will need a first payment (cash or card) and your bank details.
For student discounts we will need to see a valid student card and for over 65 and 75 membership proof of age may be required.
For your workouts please wear trainers and bring a towel.
Booking is only required for Spinning and weekend classes. Please book up to 2 days in advance at reception.
Our junior membership is available from 13 years old.
Depending on your membership option, you have unlimited use of the facilities included in that option. Memberships can be upgraded to add further facility usage. After your membership payment there is no fee to use the club or price to pay for inductions.
Yes we have showers in our changing room and lockers can be used to secure any valuables you may have with you. Trolley tokens can be borrowed from reception.
Contact the club immediately and we can hold your payments or suspend your membership.
This is free for illness, injury and pregnancy as long as a Doctor's letter is provided.
We charge £3 per month to hold your membership for reasons such as holidays, study leave etc.
The term 'Ladies Only' is an industry wide definition which refers to the fact that, as a members-only club, we cater specifically for women on two grounds:
1. Certain religions specify that women and men must not exercise together
2. The physical needs of women and men can be quite different, and therefore our specialist gym is designed for women, and our staff are specially trained to cater for women's needs.
Both of these factors are protected under equality laws in the UK.
Men are not permitted to join Lady B Fitness.
We do offer inductions free of charge and it's good to know what you're doing, why you're doing it and how to do it correctly.
Should you decline our offer of an induction we will ask you to sign a disclaimer.
We never like to see a member leave us but we realise circumstances change.
Monthly memberships can be cancelled with 1 month written notice after the commitment period.

Yes we do. Points can be earned in the club from completing gym challenges, member referrals, attendance and interaction on our social media pages.
Points can be converted into membership time or be used towards merchandise.
A maximum of £30 can be used at one time.
Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other membership offer.
