Our instructors take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We create your personal program to help you get there and reassess it every month so you stay on track.

 Before joining Lady B's I visited every day for a week but sat in the car park trying to pluck up the courage to go in. I eventually climbed the stairs where I met Lisa who straight away made me feel welcome and relaxed. I'm really glad I climbed those stairs! Since then the gym has grown from strength to strength and so has my personal confidence. I try and go at least 5 times a week. The staff are always supportive and cheerful. I would definitely recommend the gym not only as a place to lose weight or get fitter but also for the friendly non-judgmental atmosphere.

I joined the gym 15 years ago and love to come for some me time. From the moment you walk through the door I feel welcomed and valued. I know that if I am feeling demotivated all of the staff help me to refocus. I like the way I can track my progress and there is always someone there to guide me to my goals. The atmosphere is really friendly and I always feel comfortable no matter what day or time it is.

I have been coming to this gym for several years. There is always a warm welcome from the staff. Help is always at hand for training and new challenges are posted regularly, with a rewards point system.

The ladies in the gym are warm and friendly so new members are welcomed. There are also classes of varying levels. 

I would definitely recommend this gym.

I first came to Lady B's for beauty treatments in Jasmaines Beauty. The staff in the gym were so welcoming and friendly  decided to give the gym a try. I got personal 1-2-1 advise and guidance on how to use the equipment and always feel I can ask for advise. I'm regularly asked if I'm happy with what I'm doing and if I'm seeing the results I want.

I had a spell off sick where I couldn't attend for a few months, but on return I was welcomed back and given a new induction. 

The staff are always friendly, approachable and make you feel welcome and comfortable. After using the gym for 1 year I have just signed up for another year. I live 8 miles away and whilst there are other gyms closer to my home, I prefer to travel to Lady B's as I know I will be comfortable and welcomed whilst getting top advice and support.
