Booking for ALL classes is essential. Please call the club to book.
Members can book 1 week in advance. Non-members 2 days in advance.
Please inform us if you are not able to attend as soon as possible so those on a reserve list can be contacted.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BUMS & TUMS – Challenge these “problem areas.” Focuses on lower body, firming the buttocks and flattening the tummy.
CIRCUITS - A great way to get fit, burn fat and have fun! This is a traditional circuit class that uses plenty of equipment and focuses on every muscle group.
FATBURN EXTREME - A maximal intensity class for just 20 minutes. Resting when you need to, this class of bodyweight exercises will keep your metabolism burning for 36-48 hours afterwards.
LIFT&LOAD - A strength building class using compound moves to lift heavier weights, giving you great shape and increasing your metabolism.
METAFIT - A HIIT body weight class using functional exercises that will keep your metabolism burning for 24 hours. It's not easy but the results are great!
MOVE&GROOVE - A fun and funky class combining different styles of dance with our disco lights.
PILATES - A low impact class to help strengthen and realign the body whilst incorporating flexibility and core work.
PUMP - A simple workout using dumbbells and barbells that strengthens, tones and defines every major muscle group in your body. Ideal for beginners right through to experienced exercisers. A workout highly rated for increasing the metabolism and increasing bone density.
SPINNING - A fun group cycling class with great tunes focusing on endurance, stamina, strength and intervals with recovery.
STEP – A choreographed class using the step with some toning included.
Lady B reserves the right to change the schedule at anytime without notice and to cancel any class on the basis of low attendance or the availability of instructors due to holidays, illnesses, emergencies or inclement weather.
Changes will be posted on our Facebook and Instagram pages and outside the studio/reception.
Should a class be cancelled last minute, class only members are permitted to use the gym.
A class needs 3 participants for it to go ahead.
Classes are available to non-members on a 'pay as you go' basis.
£5.00 each
Casual Session Pass
£45 for 10 sessions of gym or class - no expiry date
Weekly Passes run Monday to Sunday
£12.50 for unlimited use of gym OR classes (excluding Spinning)
£25 for unlimited use of all classes and gym.
