BOXFIT – A fun combat workout that will improve fitness through a combination of blocks, strikes and kicks, using pads and gloves.
BUMS & TUMS – Challenge these “problem areas.” Focuses on lower body, firming the buttocks and flattening the tummy.
CIRCUITS - A great way to get fit, burn fat and have fun! This is a traditional circuit class that uses plenty of equipment and focuses on every muscle group.
KILLER CORE - A short but effective class focusing on core strength and toning using a variety of mat based moves.
LIFT&LEAN - A progressive weights class focusing on building strength.
METAFIT - A HIIT body weight class using functional exercises that will keep your metabolism burning for 24 hours. It's not easy but the results are great!
MOVE&GROOVE - A fun and funky class combining different styles of dance to some great tunes.
PUMP - A simple workout using dumbbells and barbells that strengthens, tones and defines every major muscle group in your body. Ideal for beginners right through to experienced exercisers. A workout highly rated for increasing the metabolism and increasing bone density.
SPINNING - A fun group cycling class with great tunes focusing on endurance, stamina, strength and intervals with recovery.
STEP – A choreographed class using the step with some toning included.
STEP HiiT - A high intemsity interval session using the step as a base for exercises.
Lady B reserves the right to change the schedule at anytime without notice and to cancel any class on the basis of low attendance or the availability of instructors due to holidays, illnesses, emergencies or inclement weather.
Changes will be posted on our Facebook and Instagram pages and outside the studio/reception.
Should a class be cancelled last minute, class only members are permitted to use the gym.
A class needs 3 participants for it to go ahead.
Classes are available to non-members on a 'pay as you go' basis.
£4.00 each, Metafit & Hiit The Gym are £3 each and Spinning is £4.50
Class passes £35 for 10 (excluding Spinning)
Spinning or Gym passes £40 for 10
Weekly Passes run Monday to Sunday
£10 for unlimited use of gym OR classes (excluding Spinning)
£15 for unlimited classes (including Spinning)
£20 for unlimited use of all classes and gym.
