Class Information

Class Booking, Descriptions and Prices

BOOKING

Booking is not necessary for weekday classes.

** Denotes a charge for the class and booking is required.

Spinning requires booking and can be booked 2 days in advance at reception.
Should you reserve a place and not turn up you will not be allowed to book for the next 2 weeks.

Hiit The Gym sessions are limited to 10 participants. Please reserve a place at reception on the day.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

MIX IT UP -   Variety is the key and this class has it! A bit of everything thrown in to get you working.

KILLER CORE -  A short but effective class focusing on core strength and toning using a variety of mat based moves.

HiiT THE GYM - A short High Intensity Interval Training workout based in the gym to ensure maximum results in minimum time. Ideal for those with a local lunch break!
KWIK COMBAT –  A fun combat workout that will improve fitness through a combination of  blocks, strikes and kicks.
FAT BLAST -   High calorie burning interval training using free weights, bodyweight and cardio exercises.

STEP & TONE –  A choreographed class using the step with some toning included.

SPINNING -  A fun group cycling class with great tunes focusing on endurance, stamina, strength and intervals with recovery.

METAFIT -   A HIIT body weight class using functional exercises that will keep your metabolism burning for 24 hours. It's not easy but the results are great!

PUMP -    A simple workout using dumbbells and barbells that strengthens, tones and defines every major muscle group in your body. Ideal for beginners right through to experienced exercisers. A workout highly rated for increasing the metabolism and increasing bone density.

BUMS & TUMS – Challenge these “problem areas.” Focuses on lower body, firming the buttocks and flattening the tummy.

CIRCUITS -   A great way to get fit, burn fat and have fun! This is a traditional circuit class that uses plenty of equipment and focuses on  every muscle group.

LADIES WHO LIFT - A progressive weights class focusing on building strength.


Lady B reserves the right to change the schedule at anytime without notice  and to cancel any class on the basis of low attendance or the  availability of instructors due to holidays, illnesses, emergencies or  inclement weather. 

Changes will be posted on our Facebook page and outside the studio/reception.

Should a class be cancelled last minute, class only members are permitted to use the gym.


Classes are available to non-members on a 'pay as you go' basis.

£4.00 each, Metafit & Hiit The Gym are £2.50 each and Spinning is £4.50


Class Passes

Class passes £35 for 10 (excluding Spinning)

Spinning or Gym passes £40 for 10


Weekly Passes run Monday to Sunday

£10 for unlimited use of gym OR classes (excluding Spinning)

£15 for unlimited classes (including Spinning)
£20 for unlimited use of all classes and gym.

Lady B members will have priority over those paying for classes on a casual basis.
